The pharmacist people are lovely and work very hard under a lot of pressure, yes there is always a very long queue to wait to get your prescriptions but it isnt the ladies/men fault, they are always polite and friendly. The store is always stocked and you can find what you need, some things are a little expensive though and can be found else where but a good store for Ryde high street.

Couldn?t access your bins unfortunately I am very sad as bins are keeping me alive there keeping me going! I live for BIG RED BINS!
please could you move your bins into the public car park please!

a very small store with very little stock, and quite a unmaintained and dirty store.

This is the big Boots in town. Largest chemist for more things as well. if you need an unusual item, best to come here.

The staff in the shop are lovely but the pharmacy side ruins the rest of it. Staff are condescending and treat customers as though they are stupid. I have visited the pharmacy several times and had the same treatment each time so not a one off experience. Time for some Customer Service training. I know they have to make sure when dealing with medication but having some self awareness on how they come across goes a long way to making a customer feel informed rather than lectured. Will only use now if I have no option.

Great service from the staff there - they are the stars of the show. Pricing is typically Boots - a little on the high side and availability wasn?t amazing but the customer service was top notch!
