The Lettings side of this business is definitely, and categorically, not the best on the island. False advertising on their part for sure. They don't return calls, they are only interested in you making money for them. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the regulating authority.

Having tried selling our house previously with 2 other estate agents, we decided to market our house with Trigg as they had sold our previous house within a month. They found a buyer within a very short time frame, but unfortunately the buyer had to pull out due to an issue with their buyer. However, in the new year, we had a rush of viewings and ended up with 2 offers! After what has been a very swift and easy sale period, we have now exchanged and looking forward to our new home. Trigg have been excellent throughout, with an accurate and fair valuation, excellent viewing appointments and personal, knowledgeable service dealing with both parties during the transaction period.
