Little screw keeps coming undone on the arm of my glasses. Went in and they said come back in half an hour - fixed. Not expensive (£2) and can I find someone on the Mainland to do the same job? Not likely, they have to 'send them away'. The Spectacle Makers in Newport you are brilliant.
