Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the bank after over 30 years of dedicated banking. Last communication was on hold for an hour only to be told they can't talk to account holders. Looking to change banks. Never been treated like this

No in house help or able to google the phone number for Santander to speak to a human being! After walking into the bank and requesting to see a bank manager,and notice that four-five offices were closed so they had no intentions of letting me see a bank manager! And tried sorting it with bank statements! Back and I?ll say but I went in regarding bank fraud and would?ve hoped for a little bit better service than a bit of toilet roll bank statements that I had to go home and sort out myself I?m not speak to a bank manager where I pay my money into!! Thank you for Martin Lewis and thank you Argos and Santander but I?m going to send him a message rather soon!!

Staff are extremely welcoming and have a particularly well organised system in relation to COVID 19 hygiene within the bank. I was attended to quickly by a member of staff named Kim, who illustrated exceptional customer service. As someone who isn't particularly confident in using online banking, this member of staff patiently talked me through the Santander app and helped me attend to my other needs. The ATM machines are modern, easy to use and all staff were pleasant. Great branch!

The worse bank I've been with so far.... my card has been hacked for fraud 5 times in the last 2 years and I've had more " unaranged overdraft's " ( that theybcant explain ) than washes, some people have no problem with this company but I've had nothing but trouble.
