can't deliver a parcel on the day (a booked delivery day) they told me to book for so wasted 1 day waiting for a delivery that didn't turn up.

Lost my daughters medicine sent her a photo of wrong porch as "her safe place" one us a particularly dangerous drug in wrong hands "has to be 24 hours before it's lost" even tho it's in wrong frigging porch you bunch of numbty.. Its a chemo. Med so needed!!!!

Srewfix next day deliver. got to the isle of wight: "22/9/2023 8:04 Isle of Wight Depot Received at delivery depot" today is 26/9/23 and it still hasent arrived. A £109 saw has cost me 4 days pay at £120 a day means ive paid £589 so far for a £120 saw

Completely user-unfriendly opening hours. I image saving costs to avoid going bust. This is no longer a service. We were the first in the world to have a postal service and, no doubt, will be the first in the world not to have one.

Absolutely disgraceful that the post office do not have a main post office in the Isle of Wight main town.and the sort ing office only opens for 2 hours on a Monday not the staffs fault by the way

I paid extra for the parcel to be delivered today, and they didn't even leave a note. you know, like you're supposed to. it's part of your job, do better. it wasn't a parcel that needed to be signed for either so they could've left it behind the porch or in the bin or even with a neighbour. i get why this has so many horrendous reviews. tell your workers to actually do their jobs correctly instead of paying them to drive around and be lazy.

Didn't knock and just put a note through the door, and another time once again no knock just dumped it in the green bin without a note, luckily I saw them so it if I didn't, I wouldn't have known my parcel was there!

Obviously they don't care that people work. Had to pick up a parcel yesterday just to realised later that I had another one but no card was left by the postman , for the third time this month. You have to be a mind reader to know you have a parcel waiting. Went to collect it this morning at 8.20 as supposed to be open from 8. Nope, its closed and they are too busy to put a note that it's open from 10.

This review is not directed at individuals working at the depot but rather at Royal Mail themselves.In this modern day they still won't accept ID on my phone?? I can board a flight using my phone and prove I've had covid jabs allowing me to enter another country with my phone but I can't collect a parcel...lolIf this is the case please at least put this information on the cards you leave so as not to waste people's time...??

This place is just awful. I?m suffering with not being well so I sent my dad to collect a missed parcel for me, but apparently that is not allowed !? I sent a photo of my ID, my debit card and the parcel card to my Dad, along with a message saying that I give permission for my dad to collect my parcel. But apparently this could be fake & I could have just found that parcel slip, WHEN IT MATCHES MY ID ADDRESS & SAME NAME ON BOTH CARDS ?! Also considering me and my dad have the same last name! How ridiculous.
