Simply wonderful gem on the Isle of Wight. You could chat to Lynette (owner) for hours and hours about life and spirituality. Her shop is both unique and splendid and her talent for encaustic art is second to none. A great shop and person and a must visit when on the IoW.

What a gorgeous magical shop with the most lovely welcome from Lynette, who is so friendly and kind and fascinating to talk to. There is a very special spiritual feeling about the place and lots of tempting things to buy! Thank you for making our day, we will definitely be back.
Lynnette is an encaustic wax artist (paints pictures using pigmented beeswax). Unique cards and pictures can be painted to order. We also sell all the tools and materials needed for the fascinating art form (we are also wholesalers for these items), and Lynnette runs regular encaustic art workshops.
Rainbow Kingdom also have a large selection of locally handmade crafts, stones, crystals, unusual gifts, books, tarot, jewellery, ethnic clothes etc.
Many of our items are fairly traded with people in third world countries. We ensure they have decent working conditions and are paid a good wage.
