Two female staffs instantly presumed that we were going to eat a prebought cake from the supermarket there when all we wanted were coffees and told us off. Then we got told that we won't get served coffees even though we were there half an hour before closing time and they already started cleaning the machine so early. One of the rudest customer service (if you can call it that) I've had in a long time. Left feeling discriminated. I would recommend going to the Marks and Spencers cafe next door. Customer service is so much better there and not that expensive.

have eaten in here before a while ago and couldn't fault it. we just had some small bites and sat at a table at the back. it was quiet and we were left alone, which we appreciated.

Can't go wrong with Morrisons cafe. The food was nice. Staff friendly. Didn't have to wait long. Our table had bits on it but had been cleared. The store and cafe are fully wheelchair accessible. Toilets including disabled just before you go in the cafe.
Parking: Large car park. We actually parked elsewhere. There seemed to be a few spaces though.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible with disabled parking spaces and disabled toilet. Has table designed a bit better for wheelchair

Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere, it was enjoyable visiting. The cafe is small and serves hot food throughout their opening hours unlike some of the London stores which stop serving hot food at 2:30pm.
There is plenty of fresh food and drink on display and available to choose from, whether you want a light bite or a fully cooked hot meal, there?s something for everyone.
The service is good but can sometimes be a bit slow owing to the fact the hot drinks machines are placed right next to the till but otherwise no issues.
When you order the staff will give you a table number and happily bring your order to you, with outside courtyard seating available too (no smoking)!
The food I ordered was hot and fresh and condiments and cutlery are all neatly displayed and available. I would recommend it to friends and family and there are always some good special offers available in store too. The hot drinks are good too at this location plus they offer free unlimited refills on all tea and hot drinks, the toilets are conveniently located next to the cafe too for customers to use.

Every table was full of plates and not cleared away.we ordered what the lady said they had left.we cleaned our own table.food was great

Went in for a breakfast with the family. Took a little while to bring it to us, but it was well made.

Food was OK Staff were friendly Toilets were so bad that I walked out without using them Sign on the wall said checked that hour. If they were it was.by someone with no sense of smell

We popped in early on a Saturday morning in December. At 08.05 I went to the self serve hot beverage machine which didn?t work and the person serving shouted it?s because your too early! Er you open at 08.00 ! After the said person had filled the machine with milk I then ordered 2 full English Breakfast?s one of which I asked for no tomatoes (I?m allergic to the pips) I was told in no uncertain terms that I had too have it as no swaps and I was paying for it so tough leave it on your plate! . Ok . I thought great customer service here ! Anyway the breakfast arrived it was edible.However I was extremely disappointed to see the same person drinking coffee at the till and in the food service area. I?ve worked in the hospitality sector for over 20 years in management and have never allowed myself or anyone else to one be so rude and disrespectful and this person obviously has no hygiene training whatsoever.

without doubt the WORST all day breakfast I have EVER encountered. And I've eaten in some right holes. Bacon was barely cooked, cheapo beans were hard/cold, fried bread was swimming in grease, and the sausages smelled sooooo bad I feel sick just thinking about them. To top it off, Catherine Tate's "Gran" character served/threw the plates down and had a really runny nose. Sick.

Store itself is fine. Needed to visit the ladies Toilets. Only 2 out of 3 usable. One out of order. Only 1 tap working & no soap! Come on, Morrisons. Sort it out, please.

Parking: Usually rammed but today didnt arrive til about 3 pm (Sunday) so not as bad and I managed to get an end space near the entrance!!
