My husband and I visited your Newport Branch early this morning. This was to sort out our cards which we had muddled up. The cashier was amazingly helpful and patient. We thank her for her sorting everything out to our satisfaction. Many thanks.

Staff are amazing friendly and helpful. A wet windy Saturday morning in Newport Isle of Wight and I walked in wet and dishevelled and the ladies offered me tissues to dry my glasses and they were just very kind. Thank you - I am new to the Island and a what a refreshing change from London banks.

The bank is very well laid out and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The area in the bank I particularly like is the comfortable seating area close to the ATM machines. You can sit and sort things out before after transactions.

Went in for a tens machine for back pain, 3 member's of staff at the till 1 person already being served so I queued and waited and waited and waited but no one eager to serve they carried on their conversation. In the end I walked out by then another 3 in the queue behind me. Very poor service

Courteous, professional staff, always on the look out to help us if we look lost. Outstanding services, comfortable area with armchairs, wifi. The only draw-back is the overwhelming wait if one tries to speak to them over the telephone.
