Food is standard hit and miss KFC food but the staff are just... there's a terrible culture in there.Always seems to be a really contemptuous undertone from the staff.The pot belly lad in the service window this evening. Horrible grumpy sarcastic attitude. I asked if the large drink was a large and get the rudest response, then he shuts the window, turns around, they chat, the manager he and another just looking at me whilst talking. Sorry for inconveniencing you by asking a question dude. If you hate talking to customers, get a different job and stop being such a buzz kill, it's not that deep. It's just a question about a Pepsi.

I felt so sorry for one of the employees having to deal with some stupid kids, one of them spilt his drink on the floor, and didn't even say anything, the employee asked them what happened, and even asked them if they wanted a new drink, but he got gobbed off at by the little gremlins, their parents weren't even there, yes I know that "I am talking bad about kids" but that's really not okay,Staff are really friendly, usually pretty clean, food is okay, I recommend the Watermelon Lime drink (if you're a person who like something with 2 flavors that isn't strong, but just right) it's nice, I personally really eat Popcorn chicken, I am autistic, so I have a HUGE Thing about tastes and textures of food and tastes of drinks, one thing I ALWAYS complain about (lol I always complain ?) is the paper straws, when they go soggy, after the first 2 sips of my drink ? I mean I'm not wrong ? it is annoying,Anyways have an awesome day.Vegetarian options: There is pretty much nothing vegetarian on their menu, probably a fillet fish burger, for peskatarians (idk how to spell now ?

I was craving slightly undercooked chicken and boy was i happy!I got exactly what i had came for, the chicken was so scrumptious , it was exactly what i had in mind, the rush of flavours from the colonel were so underwhelming. I hate seasoned chicken so this place i will DEFINITLY be visiting again!Parking: my car fits there.Kid-friendliness: kids are allowed in but they just won't stop fighting over the chicken.

I've almost completed decided to stop coming to this kfc. Food is OK.But the cleanliness of the place is bad. The floors are always sticky, and the toilets are another issue altogether. The toilets in this kfc make public toilets look like luxury. They look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The thing is, it's obvious toilets get mucky, but I've been coming to this kfc for at least 12 years, and I've never seen the toilets even close to being clean. Staff are good. Just needs to be cleaned more often. I am more than willing to change my review if they clean the place up more often.

KFC is Kfc. Basic fried chicken. The food was standard as to be expected. The music was turned up way too load. Could not talk across the table. And the staff had the hoover out making lots of noise too. But as far as kfc goes it was ok. Wouldn?t rush back but would return one day.

Good is usually always very hot and fresh there. Today however our chips ? were cold not even warm as they made loads and left them sitting there. I told someone there that the chips were cold and they immediately changed the for fresh hot ones which was great.There were lots of chairs and tables to sit however would be nicer if all unused tables were clean as some were not clean.This place has plenty of parking spaces up to 3 hours free parking and has some disabled parking too which is great ??Parking: Parking is right outside the KFC and there are lots of parking spaces in this car park. Parking is free for 3 hours.Kid-friendliness: They offer kids mealsWheelchair accessibility: It?s wheelchair accessible and there are no steps

Chicken has always been tender and full of flavour. The staff have always been polite and helpful. I can't score atmosphere as it was a drive through.

I ordered the veggie burger from here and all I got was mayonnaise in my box. This is ridiculous!!!!! And when I went back to complain, the rude cashier just laughed and turned to her fellow colleagues and called me a stupid Karen!!!!!!!!Vegetarian options: Don?t get em

Ordered a delivery on 1/10/2023 for three fillet burgers meals, two children's meals it cost £44.93. It was given to deliveroo and it never arrived to my address. Spoke to deliveroo and they said they can't help me, has no proof that meal wasn't eaten or delivered. What upsets me is that your manager at your Newport branch were unhelpful, and rude. If I had the delivery then I wouldn't of visited the Newport branch to complain. Has a good will gesture I feel the manager could of compensated me with two children's meal which he didn't. Never eating or ordering here again

ok so i got the vegan/veggie burger, had to wait like i normally do which is fine because they normally don?t get very many of those ordered so have to cook a new batch or something, but i open the box only to find my burger is missing a bun ? when packing it up how do you forget the other bun? very awkward trying to eat it in the dark in the car too as it was my dinner lol
