Avoid at all costs. A textbook example of an awful experience for several reasons and service to remedy this was appalling. Neither is it reassuring to see 1 of the 5 star reviews of this business has been left by the guy who was fitting for Inspired Flooring! ( I only had to click on the profile.) Begs the obvious question how many others are actually genuine reviews. The carpet itself that was the size the label said (another carpet purchased was smaller than labelled but even when fitter & his assistant told manager/owner when unrolled at property this was the case he argued the toss,) was OK quality but was fitted very badly indeed by an inexperienced fitter supplied by Inspired Flooring who took no responsibility on the basis the guy was self employed so not their problem even though they used him. Took 11 months for said fitter to return to correct only after repeated requests. Inspired Flooring in meantime didn't come to see let alone correct the bad job even though I asked (Carpet had obvious stretch right across middle by unnecessary 180 degree bending to get up stairs when other carpet same size and thickness was only bent slightly,) edges were not cut straight, staple gun supplied by shop stopped working so ended up glued to floor! etc etc).I paid for door bars I never got & when showing the only proof of purchase I was given ('we don't issue paper reciepts') which was an e- invoice with a link to the itemised reciept was told it wasn't a reciept afterall! and the itemised invoice had somehow been deleted off their system....By this stage you realize what you are dealing with and I just wish we had heard about the other unhappy Inspired Flooring customers on the Isle of Wight (which we did do during the year we had to wait to get it sorted) before we bought from this guy. Awful.

Had matt and college come round to do my stairs and hallway. Seamlessly done. Great with my dog and cleaned up after themselves definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends .

Carpet was supplied by inspired flooring and fitted by a lovely guy called Danny! Highly recommend. Amazing quality carpet supplied and fitted for a very reasonable price! Thanks again! ??

Would definitely recommend inspired flooring! Had my kitchen and bathroom fitted with vinyl! The whole process was very easy and straight forward. Customer service is 5*, my messages were replied to right away.The flooring is amazing quality and they take their time in fitting making sure it is done to perfection! They are a very happy set of workers that have a laugh and are very polite. You can definitely trust them in your home too which is always good to know! They moved all of my appliances and was very careful when doing so & then put them all back too once finished, again with care. My kitchen looks amazing and i am so happy with it! Will definitely be having my carpets done through this company after Christmas! Thank you!

Fantastic service! Had my vinyl done by this company and was 5*, very friendly service and helped sort us out with the best for our flooring which desperately needed doing as we had a new born on the way. Also decided to have our 3 seater sofa, large chair and carpet cleaned by them to give our living room a freshen up, again absolutely fantastic! Our sofa looked brand new! And smelt amazing too! Our carpet was filthy and you could definitely tell the difference once cleaned! We have now decided to upgrade our house carpets and again service has been great! they have helped us find the perfect one for us and our budget too and cant wait to have it fitted! 5* definitely recommend

Brilliant. Ordered a carpet about 3 weeks ago, wanted it fitted on a particular day, even though they were mega busy, they fitted me I. I measured the room and somehow measured it shorter than the room actually was, my fault entirely, but this didn't daunt the fitter, he had to do a join, but you'll never know. They were quiet, polite, helpful, I will definitely use them again, but let them do the measurements.
