I requested on 6th february for some flowers to go to a grave for a special friend. Requested date 29th february. So plenty of notice. Helpful lady efficient. Requested a photo since i live on mainland. I paid my £40. No photo on 29th. So i phoned and asked if it was delivered and photo. Response done did you want a photo?. No apologie, no will get it done and in fact no furthercontact. I only have their word it was done. Very upsetting he was a specisl friend. I shall not be using them again.live on nainland. First and last time customer to this florist.I received no acknowledgement when I entered but to be fair the gentleman was dealing with a customer.I had a look around inside and out and picked out a plant to purchase.Waiting at the till I must have become invisible! The man serving decided to start browsing things on the computer while the previous customer looked in a brochure.There was zero indication I would be served even though I was standing at the till holding a plant about 2 feet away from the server.I waited a while but in the end I dumped the plant and left.Good luck in the future, customer service like that will see you fail.

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my friend just to say we were thinking about her as she sadly lost her hubby. I've just received a call to say they have been delivered and she is absolutely delighted with them. They were delivered exactly when specified, and the flowers are beautiful. I would definitely recommend the Flower Garden. I asked for a hedgerow display for my father's funeral. It was so beautiful.My daughter said, its just like when me and grandpa would go on a walk. It was perfect.Ordering was easy and the staff were professional and caring.

Catherine at The Flower Garden has just provided all the flowers for my daughters wedding on 15th July 2023 at Arreton Manor. I can't fault what Catherine provided. This included bride and bridesmaids bouquets which were the most beautiful arrangements of green and white, 5 x mens buttonholes and a display for the registrars table along with decorating the whole terrace room including ceiling beams of beautiful greenery, an 18ft top table display full of beautiful white flowers and greenery, 5 huge table centerpiece martini glasses with gorgeous displays of flowers overflowing, petal confetti and petals for the aisle. Everything she made was outstanding. The martini glasses where exceptional and gave the absolute wow factor we were looking for. Nothing phased her from beginning to end. She gave my daughter exactly what her vision was with no fuss or stress. I can't add photos as we don't have them back yet but I will be very happy to show what The Flower Garden can do for your wedding once we have them. It was all amazing! Thank you Catherine for all you did for us.
