Large store over two floors. If you have ever been to Dunelm Mill before then you know what to expect. Flat wheelchair entry. Huge lift upstairs. Fairly easy to get around in a wheelchair. Very friendly staff.

Received great customer service when I had to return an item without a receipt. I always opt for a receipt via email when purchasing, but for some reason, no emailed receipt was received. When the barcode on the item I was returning was scanned, there was no record of me purchasing it on the date I knew I bought it, which was on my birthday. The item in question had been purchased two times previously, but other items were purchased at the same time and totalled more than £100, and I knew that didn't refer to my purchase. I was offered a refund amount for what the item was in the sale for, but I stood my ground and after some considerable time, I was offered a full refund, but had to spend it right there and then. I wasn't too happy about that but relented and made a rash purchase of an item that was on display near the tills. This was on Christmas Eve, when I was on my way to pick someone up from the ferry in Yarmouth, so I couldn't shop as I would have liked to, but the point of this long post is to praise the cashier who had to deal with me by speaking to the manager through her headpiece, and a couple of other young employees who tried to help. The cashier stayed calm which in turn helped me to remain calm. The outcome was not ideal, but it was a fair one, considering I had no receipt to show for my purchase. I had numerous other receipts from Dunelm, but not one for this particular item. There was no explanation for why I wasn't sent one, but it wasn't the first time an emailed receipt had not been received by a customer.
