Easy to find what you need. Not always a range of brands.

Possibly only exists because they have a post office and no other competition nearby if on foot.Half the staff do not appear to be functioning on a level acceptable when dealing with the public, and the other half are just rude. The stock? Well, if you?re looking for anything with a shelf life of more than a day good luck! Best to just buy tinned.

A really lovely lady served me today, i did not catch her name but she had pink hair, matched the colour of the roses i brought! Just wanted her to get recognition as she was so polite and helpful.

Staff are always very helpful & friendly, shelves are well stocked, prices are good & you can pick up fantastic bargains, very clean & tidy. Parking at the rear for a couple of cars but a pay & display opposite, which has an hour free parking. Hope this store doesn't close down like others on the island.

Hiya! I visited this co-operative store yesterday to purchase a few packs of prawn cocktail quavers however there wasn't any in stock. I am not a happy bunny. You have until next Tuesday to get them in stock or else I will never visit your store again. - Callum

For the past 8 months, I have been shopping at this friendly little store.I had assumed that, With the Co-op sign above the shop front, that this was in fact The Co-op. But, It would appear that the old adage is correct!'Never assume.'Each time I shopped, I handed over my membership card to be electronically swiped for points and each time the person behind the counter swiped it.Today, 27/01/2021, I tried to redeem my points, only to be informed that my membership card is for the 'Northern Co-op' and not the 'Co-op Co-op,' that we all know and love. Instead, it transpires that the Carisbrooke Co-op is in fact a 'Southern Co-op' and my blue membership card is for the 'Northern Co-op.' Confused? Me too, especially since, on every occasion, the staff happily swiped my card.As a result, I was quickly informed that there were no points and therefore no money for me to redeem. So, where did my points go? and where, in any of the Co-op bumf, does it mention that 'The Northern Co-op' and 'The Southern Co-op' are two entirely different and unconnected organisations? From this mysterious experience, one can only conclude that somewhere in the universe, Just like atoms, there must be trillions of Co-op points (Northern or Southern? I'm not entirely sure) floating around with no means of recovery by mortal man.In view of my confusion and consequent disappointment, I have had to reduce my star rating to one.I do like the staff though...
