Just need to leave a positive review for the team at this place. All staff were friendly, attentive and full of smiles. Bailey the barman is something else. He is so quick and efficient and pours drinks while working the till. This guy is an asset and hopefully he gets to see this comment. A credit to your
organisation and you need to hold on to him. This place is always busy when I stay at the premier inn next door and the staff work their socks off to keep the customers happy. Great job by all staff especially Bailey. He's a top barman.

Overall I have eaten at other Prem in beefeaters.
Myself and my partner decided to go to Newports beefeater for dinner, the service was good, Dinner was also very nice my partner also enjoyed hers as well as her dessert ?
All good and very nice ?? hopefully shall return in future

Beefeater Newport iow, took a while to be seated, but was greeted by a lovely polite, funny waiter Ryan, and the lady waitress was also excellent. Food was lovely, service excellent, nice and clean, went for lunch so not that busy, definitely will return. Keep up the good work.

Medina Quay Beefeater is a delightful dining spot that truly stands out for its friendly atmosphere and quick service without compromising on quality. We had a wonderful experience, highlighted by my wife's perfectly cooked medium-rare steak, which was a testament to their culinary standards. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, taking the time to engage with our children, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean and well-presented, creating a pleasant environment for a family meal. Overall, a lovely place that we would happily recommend!

Service was fantastic on Tuesday 13th August at 21:00pm as I was staying at the hotel.
Lovely menu & drinks.
Drinks were very cold what I needed as the weather was crazy hot.
My pint was flat the first time, and they swapped it over without a problem.

Went Saturday evening, waited a while to be greeted and seated, had to ask to be moved as directly under ac and it was cold! Moved to another table and served promptly for drinks (not a happy waiter) then a waitress greeted us, said she would take our order shortly but she had a great personality and was smiling. Order taken, mixed grill, steak, chicken burger and ribs chicken combo all delicious. Sharon the waitress was a joy and made our evening.

Went here for a Sunday roast with my family. The chicken was lovely and a nice portion size. However the lamb looked like bacon, there was no stuffing available (we weren?t late in for Sunday dinner nor was it busy) the portion sizes were awful and there was minimal gravy which when asked for more we were told it?s £1.49 per person for a tiny pot (refillable).
One of the members in our group complained, returned his lamb dinner and didn?t eat at all!
The manager came over and said that people always moan about portion sizes and always complain about the lamb and beef. He said he has to serve what he?s told to serve and did offer us all 3 lamb meals for free plus a discount on top. I cannot fault the service offered here but the food was awful and I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

Beautiful views of the Medina estuary from the restaurant. Will Definitely be back with our daughters next time we visit the island, thank you :
