There little to no communication between the Dr's and the pharmacy despite it being in the same building there's little to no communication given out to paitents if they shut because they don't have any staff then you won't hear about it so if I have any maditory medication that needs to be taken a specific times or days and u need it on a day they don't open then you won't have any idea about it unless ur psyically able and walk past it

Every time I?ve been there the staff and pharmacist have been wonderful.. if all these people who leave negative reviews don?t like it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE these are ordinary people doing there jobs the best they know how and we appreciate it

What is happening? No chemist ,no prescriptions ! Not even open to the public...I have run out of tablets .no answer when I knock the door !! Went to the drs and they cannot do anything,great staff but no chemist.lloyds please do something before you loose all your customers.

Awful service and very rude staff.Prescription not ready after doctor sent it down some 2/3 hrs before,asked to call back. 24hrs later queued for 15 mins, waited another 5mins while they tried to locate it, still not ready. Waited while they did it, 20 mins later still not done and when I queried it I was snapped at 'there is a queue you know' .

An extremely poor and unacceptable service level provided at this Pharmacy, sadly it's been like this for some time now.... Lloyds Pharmacy Head Office needs to investigate what's going wrong here, meantime, I'm changing to an alternative Local Pharmacy.

East Cowes branch : Rude staff, unhelpful and unorganised, gave me the runaround for 2 days and left me without meds. They never answer the phone either. A truly awful experience.. I'll never use them again.

Fabulous chemists. Been using them for several years now, and the staff are always really helpful. I can highly recommend them!! If ever there are any problems with prescriptions, they will always do their absolute best to solve the issue.

Absolutely awful! Very unprofessional. The staff are rude. Laughing down the phone when confronted about not enough antibiotics provided for a 1year child. Would 1000% avoid this pharmacy.

Completely unhelpful, don't answer the phone and frequency shut before the advertised closing time. If you require medication to live ,do not rely on this service to provide it.

Terrible service, very very slow, no greeting, you need to call 3 times to make sure your meds are ready or you'll wait for ages - not good for the elderly to stand - this morning the queue was to the door and not moving
