“Got an infection In my mouth after having a tooth extraction on Saturday afternoon. But manage to get seen yesterday. I would like to personally thank Mandy the receptionist at the east Cowes surgery. For her kind Ness and all of her help towards me yesterday. She went above and beyond to help me to get up the stairs to my dentist. I've very recently had knee surgery. She knew how difficult it would be for me to get up stairs. So she help me upstairs into my chair and when I left she help me to leave the property safely again because of the step out the door. Great service thank you”
