Got an infection In my mouth after having a tooth extraction on Saturday afternoon. But manage to get seen yesterday. I would like to personally thank Mandy the receptionist at the east Cowes surgery. For her kind Ness and all of her help towards me yesterday. She went above and beyond to help me to get up the stairs to my dentist. I've very recently had knee surgery. She knew how difficult it would be for me to get up stairs. So she help me upstairs into my chair and when I left she help me to leave the property safely again because of the step out the door. Great service thank you

My partner got bought in for an urgent appointment after suffering pain for too long. Kudos to Darren for just being amazing the whole way through. Darren made my partner aware of various schemes and options available; he went above and beyond to get in contact with those relevant to verify these details so he wasn?t providing misinformation. Overall we were very impressed with the service we received at Damira due to his actions. Thank you, Darren.

There seems an inability to produce a temporary cap that fits correctly, most including the one I had this week are too proud and I cannot eat correctly on it. I'm nervous about having a permanent cap in case that is wrong too.

It was a very tricky procedure due to infection causing reduction of the anaesthesias effect. For the molar extraction. Mo was the true professional as was his nurse for the day. Sorry I didn't catch her name. So happy I didn't break any of her fingers. I guess it's my high pain threshold. Thank you you are an excellent team.

Altogether, an excellent experience. My check-up was on time, and was over in minutes. Two further appointments were made for a descale and polish on the recommendation of the dentist.
