I saw Sails was open early so I went in to try the breakfasts. There was a good selection of items on the menu to choose from. Including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. I had the homemade pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. The flat white was great too, had to get a second one to take away.
The service was friendly. Food arrived quickly. Will definitely recommend!

Food was edible but for the price, I would have gone to Sainsbury's next door for a better deal.
The Place itself on the customer floor is dirty and needs a new make-over. I feel followed in here with the guy just walking about waiting for something to happen??
The Menus are limited here
I was asked for tap water when I clearly didn't want a drink which was repeatedly annoying.
Definitely not the best experience here and another example of the Islands failures regarding its food serving industry. What you will expect for a OAP island
P.S your foods were very basic and not presentable at all!

We came to Sails twice on a recent family holiday with our two very small children. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the food was great with excellent choice and the cafe is really nice. We will definitely be back when we visit the island again and I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect cafe breakfast! The team catered for a lunch group of us on holiday with no problem at all. Everything was delicious and service amazing!

A lovely spot for people watching with great coffee and pastries - although get in early to make sure they have some pastries left! Sit outside to experience the ebb and flow of Cowes on Shooters Hill.

Fabulous cheese scone baked fresh that morning and a lovely cup of IOW coffee best we've had during our two week stay. All delivered with a smile and wonderful customer service. A must to visit if you are in Cowes.
