First time tried French Franks, I was unsure what to order, but the lady who worked there was very helpful and made me a great sandwich vegetarian one , which was delicious and latte probably the best latte I ever tasted

Every week I get the same order (sometimes twice) from Cowes.
And I just wanted to mention that today's Chicken Caesar Salad was the best yet, can not comment on the prawn baguette because that was not mine but it was eaten without complaint.
I highly recommend French Franks, as whatever you order the service is good and friendly. But the Caesar dressing is amazing.

I stopped in for a sausage in a baguette. The young lady behind the counter told me that they were out of sausages and asked if I'd like to try an alternative. Not really fancying anything else, I'd made up my mind I wanted a sausage, I settled for just a mug of tea, which, I took to a table outside and sat down to watch the world go by.
A few minutes later, the young lady appeared at my table with a massive sausage roll and informed me that, since it was nearly closing time, it would simply be thrown out and that I could have it for free!
What a lovely gesture, don't you think?

Went in to order 2 paninis and 2 sausage rolls as a treat for the kids. The member of staff was very rude and seemed visibly disgusted by my order (chicken mayo, crispy bacon with cheese), pulling a face and rolling her eyes at me. I'm not sure what's particularly offensive about my selection? While waiting, I saw a second member of staff exit the kitchen to pet a dog and then return to handling food without washing hands. When I got my food home, the order was wrong, missing the cheese, which was very upsetting for my eldest who has learning difficulties. I would strongly advise against eating here.

Asked for a crispy chicken and bacon baguette with NO Avocado as allergic. Once I left the shop and nearly took a bite to find Avocado in it. When I took it back to the shop I didn't even get an apology. Very rude and DANGEROUS!! Will not be returningAnyone with allergies please check your food as staff seem to get distracted easy.

My brother's a big fan of this place I was a little skeptical. It was very busy but the lady's on the till were very organised and really got through the qué . I enjoyed my bacon avocado roll and it was decently priced . It was clear to me the staff knew a few of the customers and had chats about new year. Perfect example of a small business upholding it's worth in a post covid world .

Awesome sandwich shop. Great choices, friendly staff, great prices. I've popped in here a few times now and am never disappointed. Visited with a group of colleagues last Saturday and they all raved about their food, hence a deserved review. Right by the red jet / town quay, LFFs is handy for picking up a freshly made picnic.
