Perfect hotel in the heart of West Cowes IOW. Hotel staff are so friendly and the breakfast service is fabulous. Special shout out to Nicky who runs the breakfast service. She was so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely come back. Loved it.

My wife and I went here for breakfast on Sunday of the bank holiday weekend. Despite being very busy Andy was courteous and took time to engage and have a laugh. Food was good value, hot and served in a timely manner. Great service, Thank you.

Fantastic location Fantastic waitress Food miserable fadtfood and way way over priced. Had a chicken sharer meal for £20 and drinks. The meal was luke warm at best. The chicken breast was fatty.
