What an amazing service, helped us out of a bind when we realized we'd not arranged any balloons for our daughters birthday whilst we were away on holiday at the park near by, she arranged some for us the same evening at a moments notice so we could have them for her the next morning. I have used The Party Shop on many occasions and the service has always been great but this time Denise really excelled herself. She was so accommodating, despite our requirements changing last minute, and what was more impressive was that Denise was very happy to come on site to help us create the look and wow factor we wanted.
