What a wonderfull place. We got an upgrade to a beautifull room with a seaside view. The decoration was very Nice. So was the Restaurant. The fish was traditionally prepared. Super fresh. Perfectly grilled. The beach next to the Restaurant is fantastic.

Stayed for lunch today and wow. The food was excellent. Definitely worth your while making a visit. 10 out of 10.

Saw this place in a holiday magazine. And wanted to try it. One hell of a journey to get there, and some of the narrowest roads I've ever encountered. But it was worth it. Had an excellent meal outside overlooking the sea, up on the cliffs. Wonderful views . Staff all friendly and helpful. Drinks fair priced. As was the food which was homemade and delicious. The place itself is looking rather tired and in need of some tlc As are the toilets .

Took 30 mins for our drinks to arrive. Food was good. Didn't book so had to sit in the garden glad it wasn't a chilly day. Husband said the prawn salad was tasteless tasted like cheap frozen prawns.

Great host good range of seafood and paired with a good sauvingon only suggestion I hope the take on board is use a seafood medley mix in oil as opposed to frozen as it tasted washed out, the Smoked salmon, crab, Mackerel pate were superb, trust me it will be a game changer!

Massively disappointed, went for the fish and chips and Steak. Basic, poor presentation and COLD, steak was over cooked, fish was Greasy. Left feeling sick and £135 down.

Even if the position of the inn was beautiful and the place it self was good looking the food was bearly average.
We ordered an hamburger and the meat was dry and not well cooked, it wasn't worth the price. Then there where the linguine with crab smoked salmon and mussels, even if the pasta wasn't great the overall taste of the dish wasn't pleasant. I don't know if it was the decision of putting those different sea creatures together in one pasta or the unsuccessful work of cooking them well ( or the two combined ).
Either way it isn't worth it

A bit of a squeeze to get there, very narrow access road. Once there, the pub is a delight. Spacious outdoor seating area with sea view. Really good local beers on tap.
A very friendly and efficient service. Food was very good, good portions and reasonable pricing. Thank you for a relaxed late lunch.

Nice pub on the coast. Food selection varied with the emphasis on sea food.
Service was very good and friendly. Saw a few meals being served all looked good. The Ploughman's looked substantial. We decided to have the fish, chips with garden peas. When it arrived it looked good however on tasting the chips they were covered in salt. I appreciate that some people like salt on their chips, we don't! Unfortunately, this ruined our meal. Mentioned this to the staff so I hope in the future salt is on the table for use if required and not already added. C&L please take note.
