Swedish massage. After this session I had the best nights sleep in months.
I went here due to muscle ache and tension. The lady was great and explained aftercare and tips to maintaining good muscle and flexibility.
She spent time in the areas that required more attention and explained why.
Post session - I felt so relaxed, had a great nights sleep and woke up feeling refreshed.

Katie has been treating me with CACI treatments, alongside dermo and relaxing facials , and I am very pleased with the results .
