Three wgc has been such a great help. Always come in with 1 issue I need help and always greeted with a smile.Thomas is fantastic, he always helps me no matter how small the issue I'm greeted with a smile, a handshake and help I'm ever so grateful he works for three.

No review 0....this company take me 4 years 15£from one number phone never used...i make claims and give me 100£ ?...and my credit score going down from this number...take care and ask from any £ extra in your bill..???

Served by Karen and Faiz and honestly I got the best excellent service. I also got an upgrade , the Samsung S23 ultra and its absolutely amazing camera. They both deserve a pay rise or a Christmas bonus.

No stars to give, Its my worst decision I have ever made in my life. I waited 1 week of my time get this simple number porting/switching!! (Lyca to Three)And the main thing to add if you are in urgency and you need to talk with customer service also it takes ages to happen!!!!

THIS STORE RUINED MY LIFE, I brought a couple of sim only and a contract phone, went home to discover that I couldn't talk from home because of signal issue, went straight back to the store to return, was told the store is being run by staff who were not trained to do refund by Thomas so I had to go come back and see Faiz the manager who originally sold me the deal, for a refund, since then its been hell for me, going back and fourth,spend over 500 minutes ringing customer service in indian trying to get my money back, this started in July and still ongoing , three took over £937.00 and on top £30 each month for device that I don't have, lucky my bank claimed the money back, and again now in October they charged me again so I have to go bank and do another claim back, I have made complaints online and by phone but the issue of charging me is ongoing, they are not able to take it off there system, now I'm receiving letters stating they either going to take me court which I don't mind because I have proof that I don't have the device or they are going to ruin my credit score which is what I dont want. I really don't know what else is left that I could do, tried everything, I dont want to hear any more APOLOGIES please resolve the matter and I will take my review off , the device plan ref is 3104797
