Ordered food and the delivery was wrong (some of our food was not in the bag). When we called the gentleman in the photo (some posts below) was rude and was raising his voice. In the end due to the awful service and waiting for over an hour beforehand for our food we asked for our money back. After checking the food by opening all off the takeaway boxes 3 times he finally gave us our money back.

We ordered food to go. We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. The meat was tender, sauces flavoursome and the consistency was very good. It was nicely packed in plastic containers. No leaks and when the food was served, it was still warm so no need to reheat. The price was reasonable too. Great Indian take away. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Service was ridiculously slow. At the start of our evening we were the only ones in the restaurant. We got drinks and poppadoms really quickly but then it was at least 20 minutes before someone came to take our food order. Food came at a reasonable time and was really nice. When we finished we were given a dessert menu and then waited over 40 minutes for someone to take our dessert order so gave up and put on our coats to go to the bar and pay but were told to sit down and wait for the bill for another 10 minutes. There were only 3 other people in the whole restaurant who were being served quickly. Me and my partner are both female and can?t help but think it might have been a factor in being pretty much ignored.

Bip ash has been my local Indian for years always got top service since the owners have changed the food is not fit for consumption the meat looked off and tasted like hard rubber. Lost me as a customer for sure?
