I honestly don?t know how this shop stays in business. Whenever I visit this shop I am greeted by a unhelpful glare from a member of staff, who remains rooted to his seat at the cashier desk. This older gentleman never takes his eyes off me yet, never asks if he can be of help. Upon being served, he is devoid of basic manners, unhelpful and full of casual contempt, even though we are paying for overpriced items and essentially paying his wages. After seeing so many shops close in WGC I am amazed this example of poor customer service remains open.

Worst customer experience ever.Got 3 Christmas scratchers from here, and which in one of them won £2, went to exchange it and was served by an Adviser apparently called ( Harry) which start accusing me of being a liar in front of different people, saying that they dont sell those scratchers in there and that i didnt got them from there. Which i clearly did and i even told him about his collegue who served me and told him he could check the cctv, which he refused and continue to calling me a liar, and than threaten me , saying that i was banned from the store and that he would call security.

A bit cluttered. The high shelving obscures many products but it's ok unless you're in a real hurry. Seems to have all sorts on sale.

Rudely served by a guy named Jamie asked if he had a certain item in stock he smirked at me and refused to serve me for no reason. Very rude manager as well name helen avoid

Poor customer service. Ordered a cd for collection. Went to collect and item was damaged. Given a refund but was told I would have to reorder from home as apparantly you can't place orders it in store. Wasted journey and no purchase. Supervisor couldn't of care a less.
