A huge thank you to Michelle for her help this morning, with a coffee query. Despite it being a busy time, as the store was opening, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. All it takes is one act of kindness and helpfulness to make your day, and Michelle certainly made mine. I use this store frequently and I have to say that Michelle and the rest of the staff are what make it such a pleasant place to shop. Thank you.

A definitely enjoyable shopping experience, with parking on the premises (limited to 90 minutes, controlled by ANPR cameras).
Good size store, decent range of produce, all very fresh. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we will be making it a regular habit.

Really disappointed with the quality of the organic fruit and veg. I went last week and there was no hardly any organic tomatoes and no organic bbell peppers worth buying.
Organic fruit such as apples and pears are often damaged as packaging is so poor and fruit is piled up on top of itself. Often I have to throw rotten and bruised fruit away.

A very pleasant shop to visit but it would be great if you could bring back the little café that used to sit in the far corner of the store. It would definitely make you a five star shop again. My family a I used to like very much having a coffee, hot roll and cake during our weekly shopping trips and although we visit the John Lewis café regularly we liked the relaxed feel of the Waitrose café and miss it a lot. Thanks.
