I went to this branch to buy some glasses. Whilst giving my details she spelled my name incorrectly 3 times even after I spelt it out and her tone was rude from the start. Once we got to the price I had decided I didn't want to give them my business, after being a customer for around 15 years. I asked for my prescription to be printed off, at this point her tone became even worse as she told me she cannot do that and I would have to go to the branch I had the eye test. Eventually someone else came over, he then said it was possible for me to have my prescription and they would need to call the other branch and have it sent over. They made the call and offered to print out the prescription, I asked if the email would be instant, she said yes so I said no to the print out. 5 minutes later I had still not received the email. When I questioned this she said that they might be busy and it could take a while. She then said I would need to call the other branch and she was unable to print out my prescription any more.

I had a fantastic experience today at Vision Express in WGC. I am often indecisive when it comes to choosing frames, but this time it was different, as Aquilur, one of the associates, spent an hour helping me choose a frame. He was clearly knowledgeable and very good at suggesting the type of frame that would be most suitable for my face shape, hair colour, eye shape, etc. It was the most positive experience ever, and I would definitely recommend him if you find choosing the right frame a daunting experience.

Popped into the shop on the off chance they could repair a pair of my glasses, and they did! The guy who fixed them was really helpful. Great service, thank you!

I got the worst experience in this place. The people who work there are very rude and unhelpful. They give me the wrong perception I went back and explained it that I can't see properly. There answer was to pay again to get another eye test wich I done it already and gave me the wrong perception. ..

Not very good, went to get glasses through my work, have always been free, but this time no I have to pay 45 pound for glasses as my work voucher only covers 75 poind? Not sure why just need them for reading? Waste of time don't bother. Will put a complaint into my company about the service
