“Claire at OBT has booked holidays for several of my friends over the years and they were all really happy with the service and good deals that she offered them, so I thought I would see if she could get a good deal on a Mediterranean cruise for myself and my daughter. Claire found us a great deal on the Norwegian Breakaway, and as she had been on the same ship before, she could give us lots of helpful tips and advice. Unfortunately, we arrived at Heathrow to discover our BA flight to Rome had been cancelled, meaning we would miss embarkation in Rome. Even though Claire herself was on holiday in Greece at the time, she was very helpful and between her and Paul back home in the UK, they managed to find us hotels, a flight and transfers in Rome and Athens so we could join the cruise at Pireas. The hotels, transfers and flight were all arranged with no cost to us and what costs we did incur, they arranged to be reimbursed. We had a fabulous holiday despite the early setback and couldn’t be more impressed with the service from OBT. I’m so glad we booked with them as their help made all the difference - I dread to think of the drama, stress and expense that would have been involved if I had booked independently and had to try and sort it all out myself.
