I went shopping here with my little sister yesterday. Sunday 15th June at about 2pm. I was served by a girl with dark hair and fake lashes. She was working on the till with a guy who had brown curly hair and he was quite tall.
Usually my experience in Superdrug is always good. I?m a regular customer.
However this girls was unnecessarily rude. Seemed she was trying to show off to the guy she was working with. Usually, before I pay - a charity donation pop up comes on the card machine. She started explaining this but it didn?t pop up, only the pay screen did. So before she finished explaining I payed. It happened quickly I just didn?t really think about it. She slammed her hand down on the counter, rolled her eyes and huffed then gave the lad she was working with a stare! I was so shocked. Safe to say my 10 year old little sister who has more manners in her pinky finger knew this wasn?t right either!
All I can say is that if something as small as that, where the customer hasn?t even done anything wrong, causes you to act outright rude? then quite frankly you shouldn?t be working a customer service job.

I brought one of the elf eyeliners hefe and was quite disappointed when i got home to see it was cracked and dried out, immediately i called the store and explained what had happened and how i hadn?t got a receipt. The lady on the phone was lovley and said as long as i had proof of payment i was ok to get a replacement and apologised for the inconvenience. I went back in the following week to get a replacment and understandably the cashier called the manger over, i explained myself to the manger and that i didnt get a receipt. She asked if i used my superdrug card and that the payment would be on there, i said i wasnt sure and then downloaded the app and logged on gave her my phone and she had a look, it wasnt on there. I then offered to show her my bank transaction on my phone like the lady on the phone said i could she gave me a confused look and said she didnt speak to me on the phone. I offered my banking transaction again and she said it wouldn?t proove anthing. We went bakc and forth for a bit and i eneded up showing her my bank transaction, she then wasnt happy about waht time the payment had gone through and finalised as it was not there opening hours. After all of this she then explained how they dont except used makeup i calmly said ?oh but i haven?t used it as it broken?, she intrupped me before i could finish and said that if i let her talk she wouldve told me that she would return it this one time for me out the kindness of her heart and as a good deed. As much as i appreciated her allowing me to get a replacement the whole conversation i had with the manger was horrible and nasty, i felt like i was being treated like a shoplifter or scammer like i had done something wrong, when in reality it was the stores fault that they sold me a faulty product. I work in hospitality myself and i understand you get some real nasty costumers sometimes but this mangers attitude was shocking, i literally left the shop in shock. I think the manger should take into consideration how to talk to people and deal with these situations, even asking around to other colleagues to try and see who had spoken to me ober the phone. The lady on the phone said there was no issue with me returning it as they could check on the till previosu purchases. The lack of communication between staff seems to be the issue here so in future i hope anyone that may find themselves in this situation has a better experience.

She is tragic and so drama.?
She dramatizes any conversations and takes it as an attack.
When I explained to her, she turned her back on me and left. And in the end, according to her, I was shouting at her.
Only one star because she is very good actress.

Staff are always friendly but I?ve been 3 separate times over the last 2 months and have been there for 9am each time (which is the stated opening time) and all three times there has been a sign on the door saying due to varying technical difficulties they won?t be open until at least 9.30 - seems minor but is very frustrating!

Only 1 person on the till on a busy Saturday, there was another member of staff chatting with her friends and being extremely loud and shouting/screaming at eachother. When we asked the staff member on the till to tell her to be quite, she just looked at the other one and continued to tell us what we owe etc. DON'T GO HERE THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Just popped in this morning (not from this area) for an item.What I wanted was not on the shelf. They went to check the stock and came back with my item.All the staff extremely helpful, pleasant and appeared to be happy in their work.Well done.
