Had to quickly pop in to buy a gift & the wonderful lady at the till by the name of Jasmine helped me out. Truly appreciate it ???

I went shopping here with my little sister yesterday. Sunday 15th June at about 2pm. I was served by a girl with dark hair and fake lashes. She was working on the till with a guy who had brown curly hair and he was quite tall.
Usually my experience in Superdrug is always good. I’m a regular customer.
I brought one of the elf eyeliners hefe and was quite disappointed when i got home to see it was cracked and dried out, immediately i called the store and explained what had happened and how i hadn’t got a receipt. The lady on the phone was lovley and said as long as i had proof of payment i was ok to get a replacement... read full comment
