Very expensive! some of these items are cheaper brand new, not quite sure how they stay open. Last three reviews all mention the same person by name, stop getting the staff to leave reviews!

Such a great shop, prices are very reasonable - I got a Karen millen dress for £10, in London charity shops that could be up to £50-60. Ray the manager was friendly and helpful. Lovely experience!

I had a lovely chat with the new manager. He has been dedicated to setting high standards for the shop again and working on the issues that have been raised by the community. You can already see the big improvement that he has made in the store.

Rude and abusive delivery driver blocked the road delivering to shop as we had parked in the spaces nearby photo attached (which are for whole town use) to visit the bank. Your member of staff agreed with the driver when they called my partner a bell***. I had a 4 month old baby in the car and when I asked driver what his problem was he continued to swear at me. Your staff could have dealt with the situation better and not inciting and accepting men abusing women in public. I have pictures of the incident and member of staff but won?t post these for right to privacy but this incident was totally unacceptable and shocking for a store supporting charity.

Astronomical prices for a charity shop. If you are looking for a bargain, this isn't the place. Worthy cause but these prices are doing more damage than good

It?s ridiculously over priced. Needs to be reviewed?

Am abundance of excellent charity shops in Welwyn Garden City. This one however has Harrods prices with Poundland goods, needs seriously reviewing it las lost the meaning of a charity shop.

Would really love to know the process that's used to determine the prices? I understand it's for charity and I've happily used other charity shops for years with very few issues, but the prices here are just so far above what you'd expect to pay. Surely if customers walk in, see the prices, and walk out, that's not benefitting anyone? It's a shame because there is such a great collection of so many different items that I feel must just be sitting there gathering dust? I took photos of a few of the CD's I was interested in and actually found them for £2-£3 using the online marketplace Discogs. Please can I have a more detailed insight into how Sue Ryder feel this kind of pricing is appropriate?

Outrageously expensive. Impossible to navigate with a pram (especially in the children section...).Manager quite rude and defensive. We don't shop there anymore.Found a b&m Lego tray for £4. The original price of 2.99 was still on the packaging

Friendly, chatty staff, knowledgeable, welcoming and always ready to lend a hand. Prices higher than other charities but better quality, cleaner and less cheaply crap, than most.

Excellent service. Found a very sturdy Gorillapod, and some railway books for an excellent price, much cheaper than buying new.

Great selection of collectables found some 80s actions figures at a great price. My favourite charity in WGC.
