Would really love to know the process that's used to determine the prices? I understand it's for charity and I've happily used other charity shops for years with very few issues, but the prices here are just so far above what you'd expect to pay. Surely if customers walk in, see the prices, and walk out, that's not benefitting anyone? It's a shame because there is such a great collection of so many different items that I feel must just be sitting there gathering dust? I took photos of a few of the CD's I was interested in and actually found them for £2-£3 using the online marketplace Discogs. Please can I have a more detailed insight into how Sue Ryder feel this kind of pricing is appropriate?

Outrageously expensive. Impossible to navigate with a pram (especially in the children section...).Manager quite rude and defensive. We don't shop there anymore.Found a b&m Lego tray for £4. The original price of 2.99 was still on the packaging

Friendly, chatty staff, knowledgeable, welcoming and always ready to lend a hand. Prices higher than other charities but better quality, cleaner and less cheaply crap, than most.

Excellent service. Found a very sturdy Gorillapod, and some railway books for an excellent price, much cheaper than buying new.

Great selection of collectables found some 80s actions figures at a great price. My favourite charity in WGC.

I made a mistake when adding items for collection via the website, wouldn?t have known but I received a call from Simon who talked me through the process. I really appreciated his help in making sure both items would be collected, excellent service and gone within two days.

It?s sad to give a charity shop a negative review but there are plenty of better options nearby. We booked collection of some items, even went to the shop to check they had received the photos, but the collection never happened and the shop staff were unwilling to find out what happened or help in any way. They told me they would call the van but when pressed they admitted they hadn?t bothered to do that either. Very disappointing, try the other charity shops nearby.

Bought a few great items from Sue Ryder in WGC. Met a guy called Simon who was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely return and highly recommended this charity shop to everyone. Do not agree with reviews that states high prices. Prices are very reasonable. Great!

Unbelievably expensive in here. Many things can be bought new for less elsewhere. Shop is stacked to the rafters I'm guessing because they can't clear it - prime example - high priced books with stickers on dated 2019 - if it's not sold with the ridiculous pricing in 3 years - that has to tell you something. Avoid and save your time. Donate and spend elsewhere*Manager says stock only two months old? ? Take ten minutes out if your day to look though your book section and see how many are 6 months - 3 years old. And yes I actually remember seeing some of them when I visited 3 years ago so the stickers are correct * Hording with inflated prices does ZERO for the charity

Terry was extremely helpful and accommodating. I bought three pieces of lovely furniture for a friend which were delivered without hassle. They look great and are perfect for resolving my friends storage needs. This shop is well worth visiting.

Great shop, and very helpful staff. Picked up some great items at a fraction of retail prices and would pop in again when in town.
