The girl with curly hair is very disrespectful I asked her to read my Starbucks card and she said it was okay but she didn't read it, as if she was giving away free coffee I will never visit her again

Got the white chocolate praline iced latte and it was half full, no cream on top like the picture and over £5! Didn?t even taste any different to a hazelnut latte.

We came here as it is one of the decent coffee shops in Welyn. Extremely poor.Rude server, got the order wrong, didn't seem to listen to what we ordered. Tried to change drink but none of them seemed bothered.
