Not sure how this branch always finds it hard to find someone to press the correct buttons on the machine. My chai latte yday tasted of water! Had to take one sip and throw it.Starbucks need a new franchise owner for WGC!

In order #6698 the 2 pumpkin spiced lattes were not lattes, they were just filter coffee with syrup. Really not like what it is being advertised and what you expect from a latte for £5.60. The grande Cappuccino was only halfway full. Not even the foam reached the top of the cup. I would not recommend. I don't even think I can get a refund for these but I know i will not order again.

Absolutely shocking service from one member of your staff in particular called Eva! As a long-time customer who makes multiple Starbucks trips to various branches per week, this was the WORST customer service I have EVER received.Firstly, Eva under-filled my drink by over an inch and walked off. I politely asked: ?Could you fill my drink to the top please?? No apology - just appeared irritated that I?d asked for what i had paid for. She proceeded to add water to my drink in front of me - no apology whatsoever - and slammed it on the counter. My drink was to be made with lemonade, so I was confused why she?d added water. I took a sip of that drink and realised there was no lemonade in it, so I mentioned this to another member of staff who DID apologise and began remaking it correctly. Eva sent this member of staff back to the till, asking what she needed. When told by her she had made a mistake to my order, she slammed my drink down and continued making the new one (still no apology from her).The second drink was under-filled by the same amount AGAIN! Considering it was regular sized, it was obvious. I asked the same question in the same tone as previous for her to please fill the cup, she rolled her eyes, snatched up the cup and topped it up - zero apology. My mum and I were stunned at the level of rudeness and poor manners. Shameful!The other staff members working that day were lovely.

Good service though a little on the pricey side. Nice balcony to sit on and look out to the gardens.

I had an amazing experience. My server Joey was really nice and helpful when I was asking about different drinks and actually served me pretty quick as I was running late. The staff are really nice and do their jobs exceptionally well.

For some reason the balcony has been closed off . Pike place is always good here ( with free refills ) always seems clean and staff clear the table reasonably quickly . Hopefully next time I can sit outside . Too many noisy toddlers in there today .

Never order online with them through any delivery partner you will only loose your money. They can not get any order right, I called them to deliver missing drinks, they knew which ones were missing before I told them and they lied it was delivery driver fault. Probably they drank my order themselves

Pretty loud at times. But accomdating for dietary requirements, and will give a free hot milk drink for little kids.

Very noisy. Food was not very nice. They don't sell Pepsi Max or Diet Coke. Had to have water. Boring. Won't go there again!
