I recently had my eye test at the Welwyn garden city branch. I was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I came in. Jesse was very professional and did the initial tests, then Katy did a very thorough job, she was very friendly and took time taking measurements for my computer glasses. After that Saieesha explained the next step for choosing glasses. She was very patient and helpful. In all, a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
