Food from here is very good, but so pricey, there are cheaper bakeries in the town that are just as good, however staff are very friendly.

They made a mistake on a delivery order, were completely honest when I phoned. When I received the amended order, they left a nice apology note on the bag & little extra. Lovely food as always and completely brilliant customer service, thanks so much! ??

Food is good but be prepared to wait. My biggest problem is they keep running out of stuff. No we haven't got this or we have run out of that.
I think I've walked out more times with nothing than actually with what I wanted ?

5 staff and 7 mins to be served .... absolutely ridiculous. 2 sweeping the same bit of floor, One young girl staff was finishing serving then looked up and totally ignored me, one male staff shouting across the shop to a friend/family member about being picked up later ? another young girl filling the salad bar who eventually acknowledged me and said she wouldn't be long. Not one other customer even in the shop.
For your price of 2 sausage rolls and a Steak pie (which were very tastey) you should get a decent service

I?m a regular customer with the simmons company ( have a coffee loyalty card too) and nearly always get a mocha with oat milk on my order. Today i tried to and they denied it and said i was only able to get a latte or regular coffee with oat milk?
