“Not usually one to leave reviews but after so many years of amazing customer service I can’t not express how fabulous this branch is. At the age of 26 I’ve probably used this branch for the past 10 year.They’ve helped me with incidents where my platforms have come away from the soles, stapling them so I could make my way home (asking for just a charity donation for the work). They’ve fixed my doc marten zips for a reasonable price, talking me though my best options and also given me advice on laces for my partners works boots.Today I went to get a spare key cut within a couple minutes and they were so friendly and welcoming as alway. Amazing company, lovely staff, highly recommended.”
