Entrance of garage 3parking bays in a line , stupid locals don?t realise that, thinking they can get past a Morrisons van PARKED ON A BAY derrrr idiots made me laugh tho

can?t go past 11 if you want to go in they only do night pay and just stand inside not at the desk, i have had to wait ages multiple times for a guy to come serve me just for it to be difficult for him to even understand what i want

Very poor customer service, I wanted to do some shopping/ just drinks at 11:30 pm, the store is open until midnight and the employee did not want to serve me anymore, claiming it was too late...

Always nice and modern but if you use your shell app the staff WILL try and make you use it to give a great review, one girl leant over the counter to try and press my phone. Bit of a hard sell considering they were just charging me for fuel, not sure how that warrants a super smiley emoji

I was running on reserve, so I had to pull in.
£1.6490 for E5?
You have got to be kidding.
I did a splash and dash to get me to my regular station where I paid £1.4190
It is bad enough that we, with older cars, now have to pay a premium over E10, but how can Shell justify a 16.2% markup over other suppliers of E5

Great petrol station really handy for quality waitrose bits & pieces , petrol price is ok , we stayed in the premier inn across the road it was great for a few beers to take to the room ?

????? - A huge thank you to Shubham and his colleague at Shell in Welwyn Garden City! They went above and beyond when I thought I?d lost my phone, even checking the CCTV to help me out. In the end, I found my phone at home, but their dedication and service were fantastic. This is hands down the best petrol station in town!

Always close early despite advertised opening times. Staff are rude and far from customer friendly. I will no longer ever use this petrol station. Don't expect Shell to do anything though, typical multi national who ignore customers.
