I came here yesterday to exchange old bank notes and the whole process was quick and smooth. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and professional.

Agree with the poor reviews here. I went in today having had to wait until half term because there are no opening hours I can get to the branch when I'm working. I walked in and watched the woman on the front desk being unhelpful to the customer before me and then even more unhelpful to me. She essentially shut me down without even letting me finish speaking and told me she couldn't help me. So unfriendly and I was shocked, I've never had such rude service in a bank. Another potential customer lost! I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Refused to certify a bank statement which I thought would be a basic function of a bank but told they could only do it if I was opening mortgage or loan with them.

Today, I visited the Santander Bank and I met a staff member named Sandra McDonald. She was very lovely and helpful. Ages ago, one branch closed in my area, and they moved somewhere else. I lost my passbook and everything, but this lady, whom I visited for the first time, helped me a lot and guided me to unfreeze my account. Something that the Wembley Branch couldn?t sort out. 10/10 to Sandra McDonald.

I can't go to the branch on Saturdays because it's closed. Most people are working during the week. A modern bank should be accessible when it's convenient to customers.

Okay in general as a bank but if you need to visit the branch the opening hours are terrible, and be prepared to queue (especially around lunch time)

First off, they aren't open on Saturdays which is wild. Secondly, when they are open you wish they weren't. Also the automatic doors once closed on me, trapping my shirt and we couldn't get them to open again until a member of staff hit an emergency opening button. Not really their fault but it was funny.
