Escalators hardly ever working properly everytime I visit and the outside carpark needs resurfacing it's an absolute joke and very dangerous to pedestrians and can easily damage vehicles.New carpark rules also are clearly just trying to catch people out and get money out of customers who fall victim to the latest scam. This is not a user friendly shop anymore and I'm now starting to shop elsewhere as a result.Shame its so neglected and not user friendly.

Often lifts or escalators broken down. Payment for parking now a lot more hassle.

Update. This place just gets worse every week we visit. No travelators work, only 1 lift. The whole shop has started to appear neglected. The barrier that checks your receipt hardly works so forced to just push open the barriers triggering the alarms. Now the parking system has changed and that's worse than before. Now you have to queue in front of an already busy lift queue to validate your parking ticket.Seriously thinking of changing weekly shop to Waitrose.

As expected. Could be better organised and labels on items priced correctly

The shop worker Olly has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He refused to help me during busy times at self scan when his colleague was busy at self service, I had waited 10 minutes and he told me it's not his job to help at self service. Today he was unhelpful again while I tried to validate my parking and so arrogant, I don't know whether he dislikes brown people, I have never experienced such disdain and hostility from a shop worker. He seems to be very busy at giving directions and not very good at helping customers.I will never return to this store while they employ the likes of him. £100 a week now will be spent at Tesco.

This store has gone from slightly expensive, but convenient, to a terrible store. As a disabled customer it is closest to me, The store is located on the first floor, has two lifts and travellators to traverse to that level. Only one of the two lifts work, this has been the case for about the last 4 years. Quite often the travellators are not working, Making it impossible for disabled customers to access the store completely. If you do make it into the store you are viewed as a potential shoplifter ( I'm 62, have difficulty walking distances ). When you ask the staff about the problems with the lifts and other things that I would class as disability discrimination problems they just shrug their shoulders and say I don't know. I even had a member of the supervisory team find it funny that she'd made me walk almost the length of the store for an item that she said was in Isle , which wasn't there at all, it turns out THEY DON'T EVEN SELL IT! I could she her laughing about it as I left the store. I have little choice, but in my opinion AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!!

A well stocked centrally positioned supermarket. Its range is full of variety. There is also a Argos concession in the store for home furnishing ideas. Store staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
