Big shout-out to Pratik who was an enormous help to me recently when I stupidly left my shopping bag at self-checkout and had to come back 45 mins later! He had kindly put it to the side and recognized me on return. Many thanks, Pratik!
Also, your staff in general are fantastic. I can't recall many names, but I know Leon (I think) to have been an absolute juggernaut of customer service for years now.
Lastly, please hire some more people. You are clearly short-staffed, and I can't help but feel a slightly bigger roster would drastically improve customer re-visitation.

Great store with a large variety of merch and friendly staff...just wish they'd stop the voucher thing and just offer their best prices.
It's upsetting to see them printing off all those vouchers, most of which are irrelevant or go out of date before they can be used.
I don't want to be forced to shop before a certain date or but certain products in specified sizes...I do want more manned tills and cheaper prices all the time.

All the delis gone, cafe permanently closed, lifts and travelators always out of action, nearly all the staffed checkouts gone, have to scan your reciept to be allowed out of the store, products get randomly moved around the store so you're searching for ages. This store used to be much better.

Self check out. You make us scan and pack our own shopping. Fine I guess, but 9/10 visits I have to wait for staff to come do something. There is nearly always a long wait. I'm sick of standing there waiting for a slow dissinterested member of staff to eventually appear
