“Despite what is going on staff are very friendly and helpful. I missed my parcel and was travelling the same day , I headed down to the delivery office to try to collect but the parcel was still with the postman and the office was going to close at 2 meaning I wouldn’t be able to collect my parcel . The lovely lady at the counter made a few phone calls and got the postman to come back to my house so I could get my medication before I travelled away. That is the true meaning of going above and Beyond ❤️ Well done”
