The staff is sometimes helpful but there is this one clerk (young boy) who - probably not having received the best training - refused to accept a parcel even though I had a working QR code issued for a box-less return to Amazon. I had to go to the Howardsgate Post Office, at least there they know what they?re doing.

Staff are lovely and really helpful. Go above and beyond. And friendly too. Just what you want from a neighbourhood newsagents/post office

I went to this post office and have to say I was very impressed with the service!The young man who was there was very helpful, respectful and went over and above to help me with my return Thank you ?
