I went to this store and they weren't paying any heed to what I need. All they were concerned was about the closing time. Not only they provided me the wrong size of the bracelet but didn't give me enough time to choose the charm I wanted

First Class Customer Service!
I visited this store today chasing a bracelet I couldn't find online and to change something I ordered online.
From the outset I was greeting with warmth on the phone and it was all smiles when I arrived in store. Demi, Leanne and Lilly-Mai are not only warm, but also really professional and helpful.
Cannot fault. Will be visiting again.
