Rudest stuart EVER. Went to drop off a parcel there today and he was horrible! The first time I dropped off a parcel there he was so impolite, purposely letting out deep sighs when I needed help and talking to me in such an undermining tone. When I was walking to leave the store, he said ?you better not make this a habit.? I was fuming. Sadly, I had to go back today and ship something else. I was hoping he wasn?t on shift because I?ve still got beef with him but there he was. Straight away when I walked in with the parcel I needed to ship, he shouted ?You, go over there and get me a label.? The hell?!?!? I was having some trouble with it but I didn?t even bother asking for help this time. Once I managed to print it out, I walked to the counter and before I could even think, this man snatched it out of my arms! So rude! He is so ill-mannered and hostile? I?ve read a lot of the reviews and from what I?ve seen, he just picks and chooses who to be nice to and whose day to ruin. I?m gonna avoid this store at ALL costs.

Other reviews are out of date. Store is now double the size, good varied stock, very nicely laid out. The gentleman who served me was polite. A very pleasant surprise on my return from Australia today...

Terrible customer service; specifically from Stuart who works there.
I thought he had something on me as he misbehaved with me on 2 different occasions; and as a reason I stopped going there for almost 2 years.
He has no manners and zero common sense; saw him asking for ID to a senior citizen once!

There is the Rudest man ever that works in this shop be prepared for the sharp comments and nasty approach of customer service you be in for a bad surprised this guy will be forward and rude near enough not called for answers or him just shout at you for doing nothing !!!
