I came into the store about 3 weeks ago to look at an upgrade. Jake was brilliant. He helped me with the phone I wanted and assisted me to choose the best contract to suit my needs. He even helped with some issues I had on my previous phone so that it would make it easier to transfer my data. Thank you so much Jake. You are a star.

We visited the Welwyn Garden City store yesterday. We were served by Fatima who was excellent. She was helpful, patient and intelligent. She was helped by Leanne the Manager when required. All in all a great service. Well done to both.

Had major problems with my phone not receiving calls. Rang 02 countless times and had absolutely no luck at all. Without a phone for 3 days. By chance I popped into the 02 store in welwyn garden city and spoke to Jake. To say this guy was a genius is an understatement. He couldnt of been more helpful and within 15 minutes he had mine and my daughters phones back working again. Who ever this guys Manager is needs to give him a massive pat on the back because he has certainly restored the faith back in o2 for me. Thankyou again Jake, a refreshing change to see someone that is so passionate about their job.

Great experience at this phone shop! The staff were friendly, and the manager was especially helpful. Leanne went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Honestly, the manager deserves a raise for outstanding service!

Very bad customer service. The lady is Very least interested in talking to the customers. Was rude to my friends. Is it because we are Asian. In that case I feel that?s racism. Didn?t feel like going back again.

I had the worst customer service experience with O2.The lady agent seemed untrained and uninterested in resolving my issue. It was frustrating, stressful, and left me feeling completely ignored. I ultimately switched providers because of the terrible experience.

My daughter and I, visited the store on Saturday and met Jake who looked to assist us with an issue with my daughters phone.
Jake was very engaging, enthusiastic and a delight to meet. He is a real credit to you. Thank you Jake!

Today, I visited the store three times to change my package. During my first visit, I had a document shortage, so I went back to gather the necessary documents, as mentioned by customer service.
However, today one of the customer service representatives, a slim gentleman, seemed preoccupied. He was arguing with his girlfriend over the phone, and it affected his ability to provide helpful service. This time, he told me that I needed my bank card as well. When I explained that I had lost it, he became visibly agitated, likely because of his personal issues. Previously, no one had mentioned the need for a bank card, so this lack of clear information led me to return multiple times, which was frustrating.
Additionally, another lady joined him without knowing the situation and began addressing us in a condescending manner. I?m not sure what was happening, but it was very unprofessional.
I hope that a higher authority will review the CCTV footage and take appropriate action. As customers, we should not have to endure poor service or unprofessional behavior.

Went in today to switch my phone up as with O2 switch up and I can?t fault the service I got from Jake he was amazing with everything he explained and helped me find the best contract that is affordable and best for me due to travelling. I would recommend him on so many levels just such a good vibe about him and he knows what he is doing. Will be going back to Jake in the future for switch ups
