I realise everytime I go in there to buy stuffs there's always 1 or 2 people following me around. It's very degrading. If it's in the shop policy to follow ppl around make sure you follow everyone whatever their skin tone. Don't be selective on who to follow around.

This store has almost everything you need, service is fantastic and unlike most local supermarkets prices are not hiked you can often get a bargain so glad it's there.

I went in to buy a couple bits for me and my family?s lunch , when I went to pay my card had been blocked and wasn?t letting me pay. The guy behind the counter could see I was getting flustered and upset and offered to pay if I could return the next day with the money and pay then. What an amazing act of kindness I really really appreciated it.

I've started walking the extra distance instead of using my nearest convenience store, because this place is outstanding by comparison.I started visting in order to collect my dad's pension during lockdown, and found it had a really good range of products for me too. The staff are LOVELY. They are all friendly and always so willing to help. It's clean, tidy, well stocked, managing the COVID situation excellently. And all in all a pleasant experience to shop there.

We have a lot of elderly and vulnerable people within our community in Haldens and without our local Nisa I think lockdown would have been an even bigger struggle, Always plenty of essential items in stock which is perfect when you can't get to the supermarkets!Covid guidelines always adhered to which makes this our "go to" convenience store when we need it the most.Thankyou to all the team at Nisa for your great service and hard work.
