Great shop, great staff post office is a real community asset

Rude and unhelpful for packageless Evri parcel drop-off. First she told me I was queuing at the wrong till (even though she was looking after all of them and simply had to walk 6 feet to the other machine), then rudely told me I had to package the item and stick the label on myself, despite it being the packageless service where Evri state that you should just hand over the item with your label and they will do the rest. If she was nice and respectful about it then I probably wouldn't have minded helping her out, but I did not appreciate her attitude in suggesting that I was in the wrong for simply following the Evri instructions
