We dealt with Hefina and her team at Martin & Co in Welwyn Garden City for the sale of our late Uncle's property. Hefina impressed us immediately with her knowledge of the local market and her professional advice regarding the property and the sale. Throughout the entire process the team at Martin & Co were highly professional and very responsive. Buying or selling a property is always quite stressful but they were always there to assist in every possible way. Would highly recommend!

Super friendly, very professional, and impressively quick in sorting any issues. My oven died, and I had a new one ordered and installed within 5 days, and no mess left by the engineer. Always on hand to help if required. Happy tenant :)

Hefina exemplified estate agency done right. She went out of her way to assist me, was always friendly, respectful and approachable. Both Hefina & Ivan were involved with my purchase, and I would actively seek to work with them in the future when I needed. Can't recommend their service enough!

I recently had the pleasure purchasing a property with this estate agency, and I couldn?t be happier with the service they provided. Martin & Co looked after the tenancy of my property, then later went on to manage the sale. For both, the team were fabulous. Being a first time landlord they made the process incredibly straightforward - Indi handled everything so professionally, and was true to her word every step of the way. She was super responsive, thorough and I had complete trust in her to manage the tenancy end-to-end.
When selling my property, Indi again actioned things at pace and secured the price I wanted. In terms of managing the process through to completion, the consistent service levels of the team were proven as Hefina was fantastic at liaising with my vendor, keeping me updated and worked in the background to keep the momentum going when the process slowed.

They agreed they have damaged our property against the contract. But never apologise to us & charging us for damaging our own peperty. On top of that they refused to compensate for the damage. They will might look sweet & professional in the beginning when they will ask you write a review about them. But, as soon as their work is done with you they will show their true colours. I strongly recommend to avoid them if you can.
