Went into the cafe in John Lewis welwyn today. Ordered two toasted sandwiches and two teas milk for teas was in a cup. Went to seat down and noticed a hole in the ceilings with water dripping through into a bucket. After 30 minutes no toasted sandwiches had turned up. Went back to counter and they had no record of them being ordered. Asked for my money back and left the store. Very disappointed and not the service I expect from John Lewis.

Cafeteria at John Lewis Welwyn was the MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE ever. Terribly managed, your poor staff close to tears and customers beyond frustrated with the process of choosing food and paying for it. Needs Gordon Ramsey for all of 10 min to fix it. Either close it down and reorganise it or invest in a manager that can turn it around.

Shocked!Went into the Welwyn store to buy a new vacuum cleaner as mine blew up on Christmas Day. After selecting the model I wanted, I took the ticket to the counter to purchase it. The partner at the till rolled her eyes and sighed and asked me what the item was, I said it was a vacuum cleaner. She then asked me if it did the hoovering on its own for that price!! What?!Next time I?ll take my money elsewhere.

Can?t speak highly enough of the service received in store. We visited several depts customer collections, furniture and baby and were met with friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff everywhere we went. It was a delightful, personalised experience! Great job team Welwyn!

Such a shame for John Lewis to not put the customer first ; they can say all they want that Sonos speakers are known as a wifi device , but that doesn?t excuse them to harvest all your data and force you to signup the device upon use . A speaker needs your wifi password and email account and needs to know what room you?re using the speaker in before you can connect Bluetooth ? Really ? Can I install antivirus on my speakers since it now could be a hackable device ? Had to phone their customer service because denied refund all the way to the Philippines only for the manager to offer a partial refund on a device that says ? easily play all your audio content using WIFI , Bluetooth and line-in .? It?s not easy when I have to signup my data , download an app just to connect my device via Bluetooth . If there was an option to bypass this tedious setup then fair enough but since you are forced to submit your information on a device that I should be in control of before I can use it , is not an ? easy device ? .

Went shopping in Welwyn Garden City John Lewis which has a great selection of goods. I always buy my electrical goods at JL as they offer 2 years warranty. We then visited The Place To Eat for some great coffee and cake which was clean and tidy.

This feedback is about the Welwyn John Lewis store. I shopped there today with a relative who has been very poorly recently. I was assisted by the fitting room / styling team. They were all absolutely fabulous. They were attentive and interested in us, but thoughtfully balanced that with being very sensitive to my relatives age and condition. They helped us find lots of great clothes that she really liked, but most importantly they made the day absolutely lovely for her. This level of kindness, professionalism, and customer care is what sets J.L apart from other retailers on the high street. Very well done! A really great team and an excellent place to shop and eat.

Very accessible store with lifts and wide aisles- other stores should take note!The staff are always helpful and pleasant.Highly recommend their stylist service which is free and no obligation to buy.

I visited with Welwyn store yesterday for a personal stylist appointment. I had the best time with Katherine who nailed it. I left with the wardrobe i've been looking for for ages. Looking forward to seeing her again next season!! Thank you Katherine!!

A very nice department store. Still in the old style I like places like this to go shopping. Prices are on the high end but it's John Lewis.
