I should say I agree with a 1 star review here. Called up to check whether they wanted some items we wanted to donate as we r refurbishing rhe house and the lady whom I spoke to was so rude I ended up thinking whether am I trying to sell her soemthign- so decided I am not going to give anything to charity anymore but send it to the skip- what this shop , I think, don't understand is they are a charity to help vulnerable people and not a private institute. I hope they are registered as non profit and not a for profit institution

I visited this shop Wednesday 15th November. The women behind the counter was totally unexceptable towards me . I explained I had brain disease. She was rude to me . Accused me of opening some voil curtains which I never did as was not in a packet. My home help had to step in and explain to her. Which she didn't accept his explanation. Was rude to him. She made me very confused and vunrable. Another lady put a pandora purse that just priced up on counter. All she kept asking was for a pound fir a birthday I wanted to buy. I was looking at pandora purse. She rudley said are you paying this pound for the card. Because I'm putting the purse in the glass cabinet. I walked out after purchasing both items . Confused. Frustrated. Upset crying . This women shouldn't be allowed to work in a charity shop. She needs to learn how to talk to people. Excepecially when they Have told her they are poorly. I love this shop. I won't be visiting again.

I was on the look out for a Ganesha figure, and my Mum spotted a little shrine type thing with a tray, 2 tea light holders with tea lights, a Ganesha, an incense stick holder and incense and some little stones for £2.50 I think this is brilliant value, thank you for whoever donated this, i'm thrilled and it's now sitting in my bedroom for my meditation sittings. Another of the many essential charity shops in WGC. Treasure hunting without a metal detector
