What can I say... Lori is phenomenal. He went well above and beyond in all aspects of design, multiple changes, re-design and finally fitting. His attention to detail and perfectionism almost beggars belief. Both in professional and personal life, I have worked with so many trades over the years and Lori stands out as one of the absolute best.

I can't thank Lori enough. Lori and his colleagues were very courteous, polite, professional and efficient. Worked full days to get the job done. If there was an issue Lori would figure out a solution to complete the work as required. An excellent finish to a high spec and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend for any job.

Home Counties Installations was brilliant from the start. Lori came out and assessed the kitchen taking measurements and giving recommendations of what we could do with the plan. From the start he did a brilliant job at designing, fitting and communicating with us about our new kitchen. He used DIY kitchens which enabled him to design to our needs (and our awkward kitchen size) but also supplied Quartz at a very competitive price. Throughout the process he was tidy and worked hard to get the job done to a high standard. We are really happy with the transformation of the space and having a kitchen that works for us. For anyone in need of a kitchen upgrade we would highly recommend Lori, you won?t be disappointed.

Lori of HSI has to be the perfect choice to get a quality kitchen installed. He is highly skilled and very professional and really is the best trades person I?ve ever dealt with. From guiding us with the design and drawing up plans for us with DIY kitchens,he helped us make good decisions on the layout and ensured the whole process ran smoothly. I found Lori on checkatrade and contacted him due to his positive reviews. Lori contacted me back immediately and with a very competitive quote to fit a kitchen backboard and splashback. Lori kindly scheduled our job in quickly which was a massive help to us. Lori arrived on time and did not stop working all day. Lori helpfully pointed out a couple of suggestions to make the finished job look better. He worked to a high standard and I am so pleased with the finished job. I would 100% recommend Lori.
